This Privacy Policy explains how TRUSTENTIC AUTHENTICATION SOLUTIONS LLP ("Trustentic", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in the ArtDham Android application ("App") and related ArtDham services.
1. Information We Handle
Account and authentication information
When you sign in to ArtDham, the App may handle your WordPress/ArtDham username and application-password credentials or authentication information needed to communicate with your ArtDham account.
Artwork and portfolio information
You may provide artwork information such as title, medium, description or story, dimensions, year, price, edition information, framing information, category, availability/sale status, and other portfolio details.
Photos, videos and making-process content
The App may access photos or videos that you select or capture for your artwork portfolio and making/process notes. Content that you keep as private making notes is intended to remain private and is not automatically published to ArtDham unless you choose a relevant publishing or synchronization action.
Local app data and backups
The App stores portfolio information locally on your device and may create backup files containing portfolio information and associated media. You control where you save or share such backup files.
Technical information
The App and services may process information technically necessary to operate, authenticate requests, upload media, synchronize artwork, prevent errors, and maintain service security. We do not use the App to collect precise location information for portfolio functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide artist portfolio management features.
- To authenticate your ArtDham/WordPress account.
- To create, update, retrieve, or synchronize your artwork listings on artdham.com when you request those actions.
- To upload artwork media to the ArtDham website when required for publishing or synchronization.
- To maintain local portfolio data and create/restore backups.
- To provide artwork status and publishing features.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App and related services.
3. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be transmitted to ArtDham's website infrastructure, including WordPress, Dokan, and WooCommerce services used to authenticate accounts and manage artist products. Information is transmitted when necessary to provide the functionality you request.
If you choose to share a backup file through Android's sharing features, the file is handled by the service or application you select. Their privacy practices apply to that sharing destination.
4. Artwork Publication
When you choose to publish or synchronize artwork, information and media necessary to create or update the corresponding ArtDham website listing may be sent to artdham.com. Private making notes are not intended to be published as part of the normal artwork listing.
5. Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the App. Authentication credentials stored by the App are intended to be used only for authorized ArtDham/WordPress API communication. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention
Local portfolio data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove it using available App functionality. Website data may remain on artdham.com according to the applicable account and product records until deleted or otherwise removed.
Backup files that you create are under your control and may remain wherever you save or share them until you delete them.
7. Account and Data Deletion
If you want your ArtDham account and associated server-side personal data deleted, contact us at admin@authenticx.co.in with your account details and deletion request. We will process eligible requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate record-retention requirements.
Deleting an account or uninstalling the App does not automatically delete copies of data that you independently saved, shared, backed up, or published on third-party services.
8. Children's Privacy
ArtDham is intended for artists and portfolio users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
9. Your Choices
- You can choose whether to publish or synchronize artwork.
- You can choose which photos and videos to add to your portfolio.
- You can choose whether to create or share a backup.
- You can contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, services, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
