At ARTDHAM, we take great care in delivering your products to you and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
- For orders within India, we offer free shipping. However, for orders below Rs. 2000, we levy a shipping fee of Rs. 100. For deliveries with in India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm, Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. The delivery date ranges from 0 to 15 days depending on the location.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
- We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries.
- We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
- At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. - Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order.
- Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped and it would be within the same state.
- We generally dispatch orders within 1-5 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
- ARTDHAM does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code and phone number.
- In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together.
- All products shall be shipped from India.
- COD (Cash on delivery) may not be available across all pin-codes.
Order Status
All orders are shipped with our delivery partners and are fully traceable on their website. Please contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment. Alternatively, you can refer to the “Orders” section of your account to get general information about your order status.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including Pin-code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
International Shipping
- All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
- In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of check out after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
